After upgrading client OS to to win10 1903 the USB mouse is found and connected like before the upgrade, but there is no mouse movement. Should VirtualHere be working with win10 1903? What could be steps to try and fix this problem?

Update: Reverted back to 1803 and now it works fine again. VirtualHere is just not ready for 1903 yet?

I should clarify that the server OS can still be 1903, only problem is when client is 1903.

Yes virtualhere works with 1903. Im thinking maybe the "default mouse" setting has changed in 1903 which might switch the default mouse back to the original rather than the one passed through virtualhere. But im not sure...

What steps do you think I could take to troubleshoot a solution to it?

#6

what sort of mouse is it? A wireless (gaming) mouse or a normal USB plugged in mouse?

#7

It is a normal USB mouse. As mentioned VirtualHere does find it and it connects to it like it used too. The Client panel finds it and it says that it is is "in use by you". But when I mouse or click the mouse there is no movement and no clicks in windows.

First thing is to look in the Windows Device Manager-> View By Connection->VirtualHere USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller-> Right click on the mouse under there and see if there are any errors shown.
