You have specified a server by IP AND you have auto-find on, so it finds the server twice. Either remove the server from the Specify Hubs dialog or turn off autofind.

Ok. Yes I recall adding it manually as it had stopped detecting via auto find. Perhaps one used IPV6 addressing vs IPV4
