USB Game Controller cannot use

I buy a controller which cannot use over the Virtualhere....
the display is something different from normal controller. usually which should be " Twin USB Joystick". but this one shows "BETOP (GAME FOR WINDOWS)".

I've tried this.... "IMAGE" VirtualHere USB Server. which is windows10 64
and my target Client: "IMAGE"VirtualHere Client verion, which is windows7 64. but the error still : "IMAGE"Error image here.

Can you paste in the server log here to find it open the server dialog click Settings->View Server Log->Copy to clipboard and paste in here

by unknown reason, it works between windows now.....
I also wanna fix it in MacOS, could you have a look??

Does your betop device have drivers or software installed for it on the mac server?

If so uninstall these drivers or software related to the betop on the mac server because they are holding control of the device so virtualhere cannot grab it and redirect to the client
