I installed the virtualhere server on my Raspberry Pi and am using the client on a Windows Server 2012 R2. The server seems to work perfectly as a service. The USB device becomes shared when the Pi is rebooted etc.
On the client side however the USB device does not appear in the device manager even though it is shown with a star (*) in the dialog that is shown when using the "LIST"-command. I have not installed Bonjour, but added a manual hub and configured the device to be auto-used.
What am I doing wrong and are there any logs I can use to see what the issue is?

PS. Is a Windows server very far off? The client is a Hyper-V guest and I would like to place the VH-server on my Hyper-V host.

Have you purchased the server? If not then running the client as a service wont work...
Not sure when the windows server will be ready...
