VirtualHere Pty. Ltd. (Company) hereby gives you a worldwide non-exclusive license to
use the software "VirtualHere USB Server for Windows" (Software) according to the
following conditions:
You may:
- Install and use the Software on a Windows machine to share a single USB device
(with no payment required) over a network. To share more than one USB device
simultaneously from a single server you must purchase a License.
You may not:
- modify, translate, reverse engineer or decompile the VirtualHere Software
- share any keys assigned to you by the Company to any other party;
- create derivative works based on the Software;
- resell, rent, lease, transfer rights to the Software;
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES
FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION,
OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
