Please to solved above issue when installed server on raspberry pi 3.

It says that because you are trying to start an x86_64 program on a raspberry pi. (See the filename)

That obviously wont work, you need to use vhusbdarm as the raspberry pi is an ARM device, ie, download the Generic "VirtualHere USB Server for Linux (ARM)" from here https://www.virtualhere.com/usb_server_software
