Rename server with client API?

Would it be possible to add a "RENAME SERVER" command in the client API? I'm using the windows service and the only way I can see to rename the server is to edit the config.ini and restart.

If you could add this, it would probably be best if it only works in admin mode. Also, it might be nice to have an option for the server like AllowServerRename, so that support for this command can be turned on and off (maybe only one of these two is necessary).
