So i used the 3.1.0 pi2 version of usb server on Orange Pi Plus 2E and when ever i remove or add device when server is running , it exits with signal 11 error.
If you need any logs just tell me how do i get them, i'm a linux noob.

I fixed a bug in 3.1.2, download and try that version, if there is still a crash, can you email me at mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com) and ill send you a debug build to test with.
More info
Also when i use 3.0.9 pi2 version it doesn't give an error.
Thanks in advance.

Ok that sounds like a bug got into 3.1.0, there were a lot of changes made in 3.1.0 to substantially improve performance on multi-core chips.
Can you email me your /var/log/syslog file from the orange pi to mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)
there is not syslog file
The var/log directory contains only autologin and it is empty in tinycore
Is there a way to make the server log to an externel file?
you need access to syslog or
you need access to syslog or /var/log/messages i dont know much about tiny core you will have to find it somewhere,
OR
email me your ssh details for that orangepi and ill take a look
Ok this was a regression bug
