Disconnect other user with IPC command

Hi,

I'm running client in administrative mode to be able to disconnect other users. I find it only possible via GUI. Is there any option to disconnect other users via IPC command? The best would be to have an option which performs like that: check if other users are using device, if so - disconnect them and start using a device.

When running in administrator mode, you can just issue "STOP USING" and it will disconnect someone else if they are using it.
