We have no plans to upgrade 2003 servers.
Why you did not tell anyone about any platform restrictions before they byu yor product ?
There is no system requirements list on yor site. Or may be i wrong ?

Here i found that you recoomends to use 2003 R2 , as a working solution. So i decided , it will work on my platform.
Yeah but the date is 4 years ago, so its not relevant, no one uses 2003r2 , and microsoft doesnt support it anymore so you really need to upgrade, im not backporting it to work on it sorry.
P.S Dont buy the product if it doesnt work, pretty simple, there is free trial period since forever, so there is really no excuse
4 years ago or 1 year - it is no differrence to customer. When there is no more information , we must use what we have. But we do not have a lot for now...
We have 2008 too , and there is no questons about it. Trial was tested on it.
But, may be you don`t feel any difference between your company and Microsoft ?
I feel .You are another company, at least... And if you do not supoorting something - you must to give a warning to your customers about it.
On behalf of all customers, i urge you to make a list of platform restrictions, for Win at least. And add it to FAQ. It is not too difficult , right?
Sorry but really if you dont want to upgrade to 2008 then thats your problem, not mine. Obviously i dont want customers who have 2003 thats why its not supported. I cannot get support from microsoft for bugs that are in these versions either thats why i cant support unsupported microsoft software.
Not supported
You need to use 2008r2 or later
