Windows Server 404 error

Hi,

I am trying to connect a test device using the Windows version of the server and I'm getting the following error:

2017-07-28 16:25:04 ERROR :Error binding device 15 [16f0:0003] to connection 2, BIND_ERROR

Any ideas?
