Ok i see apple have now turned on kext restrictions, this may take a day or two to fix, im waiting for a response from apple..

Can you download 4.2.7 of the client from here https://www.virtualhere.com/usb_client_software. This should now support osx 10.13. When the client installs the drivers it will popup a message where you need to "Allow" the driver to be installed. This is a new requirement in OSX 10.13. The user must approve drivers (kext) being installed.

High Sierra should work ok. Try to use a device via virtualhere then follow then go to System Preferences->Security and Privacy and approve the Kernel Extension from VirtualHere Pty. Ltd. then reboot and try virtualhere again ( https://developer.apple.com/library/archive/technotes/tn2459/_index.html )
