After Updating Qnap NAS, license is not recognized anymore

I HAve QNAP nas with VirtualHere Server on it. I purchsed a license last month, serial 00089bf0d378. Now serial number changed to "ts,s/n=00089bf0d379,1 device" after QNAP firmware update to 4.3.4, so license is not working anymore.
How can i use this licence? Can i have a new code? Why s/n changed?

Sorry for the inconvenience, sometimes on multi-homed QNAP nases the serial changes on firmware update. I have sent another key to you. If it happens again you can use the original key again or the new one.
