Hi Michael,
I am just getting the Mac wheel when trying to launch PT. I have to force quit PT each time.
I have only had the QNAP for a day so may have missed something?
The iLok is listed okay and as I right click it tells me it's being used by me.
Hi Michael, sorry but it now prompts me to install the driver each time I boot up. I still have to force quit pro tools. Oh, and now my licence doesn't work.
.
Yes it works fine on that version of osx, Whats problem are you having?

Can you try updating the qnap package to 3.6.0 from here https://virtualhere.com/nas
.
Thanks Michael, I'll give it a go...

Hi Michael, I downloaded the client again ( as well as reinstalling the package as requested) I now have messages as follows:
'The VirtualHere Client drivers could not be loaded'
'Try rebooting your machine and running VirtualHere Client again.'
I rebooted the machine and now have an Apple message that reads:
'The application "VirtualHere" can't be opened.

OK something is not right
OK something is not right with your setup, you shouldnt need to reinstall anything on the client side. Try this to repair
0. reboot the computer
1. start Terminal
2. sudo rm -rf /Library/Extensions/vhhcd.kext
3. sync
4. exit
5. Reboot the computer
6. Run VirtualHere Client again
