Hi,
I'm having problem sharing my ipod nano (first gen) using a raspberry pi. Other devices however, including an ipod touch, works perfectly.
When I click "use this device" through VirtualHere Windows cannot find the drivers for this device and I get "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" in the device manager. I have tried several ways to re-install the drivers and manually point to the correct location, but it doesn't work. I don't have any problems when I connect the ipod directly into my laptop.
Since the software works with my other devices I don't know if the problem is the raspberry pi or my windows machine. I would be grateful if someone could give me some advice on this.
Robin
Hi Robin, this is Michael
Hi Robin, this is Michael from virtualhere, does your pi have an internet accessable ip? If so, i could login with my Virtualhere client and try sharing it from my office. That way i can figure out if there is anything wrong with VirtualHere or it is just your windows. Email me at mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com) if you have the public ip i can access.
