Duplicate USB device to use it on 2 computers simultaneously

So I was wondering, if I could use a plugged in USB controller to use it on both pc's simultaneously.

I need the signal on one system to play with it and the signal on the other computer to be detected in the web app.
I can just somehow only use it on one pc.

Help would be really appreciated.

Impossible to use in two places at once.

But why? I don't want to use it on the second system. But the signal from the input on the first computer need to be transmitted to the second computer. That's not possible?

Yes of course its possible but you need to use a higher layer of protocol than USB. A USB device only has one plug, so it only knows how to communicate with one computer at a time.

You need to use some sort of protocol that goes on top of USB audio and will broadcast. You can get mixer software that will take sound from a usb device as input and convert it to a streaming protocol over the network e.g voicemeeter vban or something like that
