Help!
After formatting both the MacOS and Windows partitions on my Mac, I now have invalid licenses when trying to connect with my Shadow account.
Can you please transfer them.
This is an urgent issue as I stream on Twitch and am offline until this is corrected.

OK but i dont know your new serial. You need to start the virtualhere client, wait until you see the new server listed then right click USB Hubs->License...->Copy to clipboard and paste into an email to me and ill send you a new key. mail [at] virtualhere.com (mail[at]virtualhere[dot]com)

FYI, after testing the MacOS side, that works.
It's the Windows side that is invalid.
