Performance to trial vs. license

I use Generic VirtualHere USB Server Builds. (VirtualHere USB Server for Linux (ARM)). Powered by device NanoPi NEO2 v1.1.
CPU: Allwinner H5, 64-bit Quad-Core, 4* Cortex-A53 1.5GHz
RAM: 1GB DDR3
Ethernet: Gbps Ethernet, RTL8211E-VB-CG chip
USB 2.0 Host Type A (OTG)
OS: Armbian Bionic mainline kernel 4.14.y (Ubuntu)

--------
Maximum speed of the USB interface on NanoPi NEO2 - 29MB\s
Maximum data transfer rate from USB server to client- 13MB\s.During transmission CPU load ~18%.
Can the speed increase when using a license and "CPU optimized builds of VirtualHere USB Server for Maximum Performance on your hardware"?
Will I get 29MB\s ?

You wont get 29mb / sec because the network port has more latency than a USB cable.

However you will either get slightly improved performance or much less cpu usage with the same performance.

Generally the faster the cpu is the less improvement with the optimized build. Or if you are right at the technical limits of the board then the optimized build will push the limit further
