We have a new astrometry imaging camera that we are trying to connect to via virtual here. The camera is connected to a machine that doesn't have direct access to the internet, so there is a little bit of messing around trying to get virtualhere happy. Looking at the server's logs, it is trying to access "https://www.virtualhere.com/sites/default/files/usbserver/windows/win64…", but checking on a machine that does have internet access it appears like those files don't exist, I just get a 404. They only appear to exist for 32 bit windows.
I've tried running the 32 bit server instead, but it very quickly logs "Failed to load serial number" and then shuts down, so I'm assuming that I need to run the 64 bit server, so will likely need the 64 bit drivers to download, or
To amuse myself I tried downloading the win32 drivers with the same name that are available on the virtualhere website and use python to create a dodgy webserver that looked like virtualhere so it would "download" the drivers where it was looking for them. The server logs seem to indicate that the download went OK, but then says "Failed to enumerate drivers, no more data is available. 0x00000103" and the client pops up an error.
The same camera was successfully connected to via a Linux server running on a beagleboard, so the camera can be connected to.
What's the best way to proceed from this point? If I'm doing something stupid please feel free to point that out.

Apologies for the delay!
I tried it, when the uninstaller came up it stopped all of my USB devices (so I had no keyboard or mouse) so I could let it install the new drivers from that point. I found a PS2 keyboard and plugged it in but needed a restart to get it to register. Once the restart had happened, I think the USB driver is gone, I can connect to the server hosted with the new build but it shows nothing installed at all. In addition, none of the other USB devices are usable, I'm using the PS2 keyboard to navigate around.
I've had a look in device manager and it seems to have a ! now on the intel usb 3.0 eXtensible host controller. I'm assuming that build was suppose to remove and reinstall a driver? is there a way you can send me the driver that you need to install and I'll try to install it via keyboard?

run vhusbdwindk64.exe -u to uninstall the server.
Does it work ok with virtualhere linux server on the beagle?
If so i think you should stay with that because windows is not a very good usb server platform and linux is much better and more compatible

USB still isn't working, I just reinstalled the manufacturer's drivers and there was no change. I'll keep trying post holidays.
The Beagle works but has developed it's own issues, the windows environment is easier to work with for us. This was mostly a backup in case.
