Problems with USB Audio Interfacre

Hello,

I am using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 USB audio interface that is connected to a 2010 MacBook. I am using RDP to connect to a Windows Server 2012 R2 VM. Currently using trial of VirualHere and EasyFind. So I see the Scarlett in the VirtualHere Client on the remote server and am able to select it. Device drivers are installed on the remote machine and the device shows up in Device Manager. However it's unable to start and getting a code 10. I removed drivers and re-installed, uninstalled all USB drivers and re-installed everything and even deleted the UpperFilters in the registry for the device. Nothing is working. I realize this may be a driver issue, as the drivers do cover Windows 7, 8 and 10, but not server OS. Just seeing if there might be some other issue.

Thanks,
Mike

OK, in the virtualhere client, right click on the Focusrite device and select "Custom Event Handler..." and enter

onReset.$VENDOR_ID$.$PRODUCT_ID$=

then press OK. Unplug and replug the focusright, and now try to use it via virtualhere. If that still doesnt work i dont think this device will work via virtualhere
