Installing VirtualHere CLIENT on Windows Server 2008 R2

Hi all,
I need your help to install Client SW on a system with WINDOWS SERVER 2008 R2.

While I try to launch vhui64.exe I find this System error message:
'' The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.''

I tried to download this .dll file and put it into the right folder and I obtain this error message:
"The procedure entry point ucrtbase.atof could not be located in the dynamic link library api-ms-win-crt-convert-l1-1-0.dll "

Do you have any idea to solve this issues?
Anybody already installed successfully VirtualHere CLIENT on a Windows Server 2008 R2 System?? If yes...how??

A windows update was released **4 years ago** which you would have got if you used windows updates. You can download the particular update here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49093

VirtualHere is not guaranteed to work if you do not use Windows updates.

I already tried to install that update but I receive this error message: ‘The update is not applicable to your system’
I have Windows update turned ON and I’ve installed all update found.

Do you have any idea why I can’t install that update?
