Smartcard Bind Erro

Hi

I have problem with sharte Smartcards i alway got erro "Bind Error" i have try some time for connected.
I already in two pcs (server) and some clients same problem.
if i shared other devices(pen driver, mouse no problem).
I use win7 64bits.
