I'm attempting to try this product before purchasing but I'm having a few issues.
My setup is as follows:
NVIDIA Shield TV with the virtualhere server. I have a mayflash dolphinbar plugged in to use wiimotes. This is just one USB device. I have the trial client on Windows 10. It works well, but then I'll open the client a day or so later and it says I've used a device 4 times and the trial is expired. This makes it hard to really test the application. I have to redownload the server and it lets me try again, but it seems like every time the Shield goes to sleep then wakes up, it registers that I'm connecting a new device.
Am I doing something wrong? I'm a fan of the product when I can use it.
If I do decide to purchase, do I need an android server license? Can I buy the Steam version since I stream most games through the steamlink app?
Thank you in advance. I'd like to support the application, but I want to make sure it really works for my uses and I'm purchasing the correct license for what I need.

Yes its working as it should every time you use a device it will count as one try. Ive left in a loophole so you can reinstall for more tries but really its a very cheap product and you know if its working or not, so basically just buy or dont use it. If you need to use it outside of steam then you need to buy a normal android license, (the steam license wont work outside of steam)
Thank you!
Thank you very much, Michael.
Just to be clear, I should click USB Servers > Android Servers and buy that license rather than the one in the "Purchase" tab on the website?

Yes
