Hi, I'm using VirtualHere Windows client v4.9.5 installed as a service on Windows 7 Pro x64 and this error is logged everytime the service is stopped:

Note that VirtualHere is configured to auto-use an USB device upon startup.

This is now fixed in 4.9.7 of the client
To update the service, start the vitualhere client -> USB Hubs->Uninstall Service
then copy the new version exe over the old, then start and install as a service again

Thanks for the quick fix! Instead of uninstalling, can I just stop the VirtualHere service, replace the exe, then start the service again?

Yes try that, but sometimes the service manager may lock the exe file thats why i suggest uninstalling the service first
