A scanner does not work properly with the Qnap by Virtualhere.
I am using Panasonic High Speed Color Scanner KV-S1025C. I connected the printer and the scanner together. The printer works fine, but if the scanner works well, I bought it and tried to use it actively, but the scanner does not work properly. What should I do?

1. Update to the latest QNAP App from here https://www.virtualhere.com/nas

2. What does the scanner do? Stop half way or is it just slow to finish?
