<p>I have some problem,i want to share hyper V on two windows servers 2016 in a same network, there is a dongle on each window server, but the two dongles can't connect in hyper V,can connect one vm end to another vm.why?<br />

It sounds like a network configuration issue. Try just putting in the ip address of the virtualhere server into the client by right clicking USB Hubs->Specify Hubs -> Add and put in the IP address of the server.
If that still doesnt work then something is blocking TCP port 7575
