Hello support,
I need to map an usb hrdware key into a windows 2019 Remote desktop host.
This means that I can connect more than one user without admin rights into same windows server.
For example in the same moment i have 2 user plus one admin logged in and use their separate desktop environment.
In this scenario the first user run the virtualhere client gui, make it inaccessible for the others.... and the other users can run the gui only if the first user exit from the gui by click on try icon and then choose exit.
So my questions:
1) Is there a way to avoid this behavior ? Is there a way to leave the possibility to access/configure the client in all user enviroment ?
2) or, better is there a possibility to have a some sort af "administrator console" where admin can configure and assign the mapping from virtualhere server into user session?
Thank you for answer and Merry Christmas.
Gianluca

You must use the VDI isolation (ie. each user on the server has their own VM) and not old-style session isolation. Then virtualhere will work with multiple users on the same server

Ok I understand your config but vdi like you described, unfortunatly, is not an option. Any other ideas or suggest?

No must use VDI
