Trouble with Saitek x52

Hi.
I'm experiencing trouble with my Saitek X52 HOTAS.

I understand that the device seems to be in use on the server side (I tried to use it on a different remote machines without any change on this issue)
I can't find what is using it as far as I try to bind it just after pluging it. I tried to uninstall the manufacturer software and I've got the same result.

The binding did work one time previously and I've changed nothing since this successfull try)
