Server now now supports the AutoAttachToKernel parameter instead of AttachToKernelOnUnbind This parameter will bind the device before and after it is shared to the server so it can be used there. Only when the device is shared with a remote user will it be unavailable from the server. Set AutoAttachToKernel=1
