I am looking to install SLES 15 SP2 on Raspberry Pi 4 and make the Raspberry Pi the server. Would VirtualHere Server builds support this? I mean Raspberry Pi 4 with SLES 15 SP2 and not with Raspbian OS??

Yes virtualhere server would support that. Use the vhusbdarm64 server if its a 64-bit kernel and vhusbdarm if you are using the 32-bit kernel
