Jabra Engage 75 headset not working

Hi,

I purchased Virtualhere last night because, using 1 device, I was able to verify it worked great with my Logitech BRIO webcam and just assumed it would therefore also work with my Jabra Engage 75 headset. Unfortunately, now I realize this is not the case.

The device binds correctly from the server side:

And on the client I can see the device and it says "(In use by you)" alongside the device name. However, it does not show up as an audio/communication device. If I click on the speaker icon I don't see it. Microsoft Teams doesn't detect it either.

Any ideas on how I might be able to get this resolved?

Use the headset via virtualhere then on the client open Windows Device Manager -> View By Connection-> VirtualHere USB 3 eXtensible Host Controller

Do you see it listed under there with no exclamation mark?
