I think once you use the logitech wireless dongle via virtualhere you will need to first sync your keyboard/mouse with it like you did when you first installed it locally on your pc.
I tried to re-sync, but it doesn’t work.
I tried to re-sync again. Oddly, the device is visible in Logitech's program, but the cursor doesn't move. The same goes for the keyboard. I also connected a wired mouse, but the wired mouse also doesn't work. Is there any other solution? What does the error message in the log mean?

OK thats weird, im not sure, is this streaming to shadow ? Because if so maybe their client is doing something with the mouse. Somehow not allowing it to be selected as the default mouse/keyboard in the client vm.
Im not sure why its causing the CR errors in the log. Its not important because its not the device you are trying to use.
