Im Looking to purchase the server for android but i upgrade my android device every year sometimes every 6months
is there a way to transfer the server to a new device but if its not posible what would be my solution in this case

No the license cant be transferred. You will need to wait until virtualhere takes In-App Billing and i think that would then allow you to transfer, although im not entirely sure
