Unable to install driver

Hi all,

I'm using the trial version on a W10 machine but get the following error when attempting to use device from another machine.
Does anyone know what's up?

Using the latest versions of both server and client.

Click the windows start button and type winver What version does it say?

I think you need to be using a newer win10, you seem to have skipped all the service updates since 2018

It's an isolated network of computers, which I accept is outdated as far as service updates goes.
