USB Sticks very slow over Internet

Hello,

I have a problem with USB Sticks over Internet. When I connect them, it takes a long time (2-3 minutes) until they appear in Explorer. An then it takes again about 3 minutes until I can access them.

If I connect them in LAN then it works fine.
And other devices such as Mouse or Keyboard work fine over Internet.

Have you any idea?

Yeah, the usb disk protocol asks for a bit of data then a bit more then more etc... only a small about at a time. Because of the large latency on the internet it takes a long time.
