We are using virtual here for sometime and we were not having issue sofar.
I have two people using the Hub from outside network and both are using the internet connection from the same service provider.
One of the Engineer is able to access without any problem. Other person is unable to access hub outside network. Only difference I could find is one has connnection for residential use and other one is having corporate connection. We tried to work with internet service provider to address this issue with has not resulted in success.
Is there any ways virtual technical team can provide the solution.
Important point here is that virtual here does not work with some of the major internet service providers. This has bee issue I have been facing most of the time with virtual here.

Use something like tailscale or zerotier if you have connection issues, because you probably need a relay
