Windows 10 Desktop can't see USB server on Windows 11 laptop

Hello:

I have VH Client installed on my Win10 Desktop and USB Server installed on my Win11 laptop. The VH client does not show the laptop among my list of hubs.

Both machines are connected to the same wireless network.
I have disabled all three Windows Defender firewalls (Domain, Private, and Public) on both machines.
I have disabled the general firewall and the IPV6 firewall on my Asus GT-AC2900 router.
I have not had any issues with my Nvidia Shield or my Steam Link.
The laptop is running Tiny11.
The laptop is running USB Server from the Microsoft store, but I have tried the standalone version as well.
The desktop is running Virtual Here for Steam Link, but I have tried the standalone version as well.

Can anyone help me?

@Peter. Forgive me as I'm very much an amateur. Are you talking about using the "Specify Hubs" feature in VH Client? If so, what information do I use? Just the IP addresses of the laptop that I can find using ipconfig /all in Command Prompt? If so, do I just type the IP address in and press okay, or do I have to use a specific format? For example: 'ipaddress'.local.7575.

I don't usually ask for this, but if you could explain it to me as you would a child I would be very appreciative.

EDIT: Nevermind. I seem to have figured it out. Thank you. I just used the laptop's IP.
