Cannot find config.ini on Raspberry pi

I have installed VirtualHere using script https://github.com/virtualhere/script

Now I need to change a port (i have a license), but cannot find right config.ini

I tried to change it in /usr/local/sbin, but it doesn't work

I installed 64 bit verson - vhusbdarm64

Tried to look at /root, tried to create config.ini in /rood - doesn't work

Where can I find it?

That script will create the configuration file in /usr/local/etc/virtualhere/config.ini
