Devices listed but not usable

My devices are listed but not recognised/not usable in Windows.

On right-click, the "use this device" is greyed out (as seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vxudrru4zoii59o/Screenshot%202023-04-16%20at%…)

Server side: MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (M1 Pro chip) - USB Server Universal 4.5.6

Client side: Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045 Build 19045 - USB Client 5.4.7

 Things I've tried:

  • In Privacy & Security on MacOS, added VirtualHereServer in the list of allowed "input monitoring" apps
  • Turning off MacOS firewall
  • Deleting config.ini file

You have USB Hubs->Auto Use All-devices checked in in the Windows Client

or

You have USB Hubs->OSX Hub->Auto Use all On this Hub


What USB device are you trying to use?

Ok now I understood what's wrong as I had the error message saying I can only connect to purchased servers.

But with the "Auto Use" checked, I didn't have any error message.
