In client how to associate USB/IP Virtual Host Controller to video device

Hi,
I've USB Logitech Webcam connected in Lilnux Thinclient and need to use in Server Linux as video device.
How associate this device like /dev/video0?

OS Server: ThinStation 6.2 Alice
