The dongle is not usable in an external connection

Hello,

I'm using VirtualHere on DSM7, and I have multiple authentication validation dongles. Everything is functioning correctly, except for one of them.

For the problematic dongle:

• I can successfully connect to the dongle using VirtualHere, whether it's a local or remote connection.
• The dongle is not recognized when I'm connected remotely (the program indicates that it hasn't detected a dongle).
• The dongle is only recognized when I'm physically connected locally (the program launches).
• When I use a VPN (WireGuard), I am able to connect to the dongle, but when I launch my program, it doesn't detect the dongle.

My ping is around 10ms.
