Slow speed on windows 10/11 server.

Hi,

 

Any tips on the slow speeds on Windows 10/11? the radio is so choppy (RTL-SDR Blog V3) windows ( FREE ) client and server. ( although will buy licence if this gets fixed)

it's only pulling 4-5 MB/s on a 10GBE Network.

And for reference using the SDR++ server on the same 2 Windows ( server on windows 10, Client on windows 11 ) machines I get 83-97 MB/s  ( without compression ) so it's not my network.

Yep its the network. Remember virtualhere transfers the USB signal, not anything else. If your device uses lots of little packets then they will each be delayed a tiny bit because of the network latency. Many little packets and many little extra latencies adds up to slower speeds.
