Using printer with ReadyNAS 104

Hi there. I'm trying to get my HP Photosmart C4680 printer to work with my ReadyNAS 104 system but not having much success.

I have installed the app on the NAS (VirtualHere USB server v 1.8.4) , as well as the client on my machine (client v 2.3.4 on a mac running Mavericks OSX 10.9.2).
The client recognises that the printer is connected to the NAS and I've double clicked it on the list, to install the drivers.

So far so good, but im still unable to print after getting to this point as he printer appears as offline when I send a document to print. I've tried manually reinstalling the printer drivers on my machine, and have restarted a couple of times just to be sure but still no luck.

Is there a step I'm missing out or something? Or am I doing something wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated...
