Dear support-team,
I have a Turtle Beach Yoke connected to a licensed Raspberry Pi VIRTUALHERE server and it's working on a Windows 11 client.
Now I want to use the same Yoke with my Silicon MacBook Pro as the server to the same Windows 11 client.
I can see the Yoke flashing as it is reconnected every other second. Here is what the VIRTUALHERE log says on the MacBook Pro:
Mon Sep 11 11:19:38 2023 LOG_INFO Found Full speed device [10f5:7001] 'Turtle Beach, VelocityOne Flight' at address 34603008

The same result comes when I connect the Yoke to other USB port or use a powered USB hub.
The flashing starts right at the moment when I mount the device on the Windows 11 client.
Any idea that might be the problem on the MacBook Pro?
Thanks for your help
.
It might not be compatible. In the virtualhere client can you right click on the yoke and select "Custom Event Handler..." then paste in exactly this line
onReset.$VENDOR_ID$.$PRODUCT_ID$=
Then press ok and try to use it again via virtualhere. If that still fails, then it wont be compatible with MacOS as the server for some unknown reason.
