When connecting a SmartCardReader i get the following error:

Internet connection is ok. I also tried this Link from another pc. Other devices i.e. APC USV doas work!

Yes, this info would be helpful:
its virtualhere server 4.0.0 downloaded from your homepage in august 2019...because the current version does not run on Server 2012R2.
What is the latest version supporting Server 2012R2?
