easyfind clarification

Hello, i bought the app more than one year ago and everything works fine. Now i checked the app and I saw that I have to pay to use the easy find feature. In the past I used it perfectly without a problem now i should pay every time i want to use it for easy find because without it the app can't work. I'm doing something wrong? or to use app i need the easy find? Thank you

Hi, its always worked like this.

  1. The virtualhere android server needs to be purchased if you want to use the virtualhere functionality, e.g use a USB device(s) remotely
  2. If you want to connect over the internet, you can use easyfind as a built-in easy to use VPN. In this case there is a 1 week trial. After that, if you find easyfind useful you can just subscribe by purchasing a subscription for that.

Hello thank you for the answer. I have purchased the License. But i Remember that the Easy fine was not on payment. Infact now wirthout It i can't connect.

Can i connect wirthout Easy find? Because im trying and i can't. I'm on the same wifi on both devices

Yes of course you can connect without EasyFind. If you are on the same network, then you should make sure Auto-Find is checked by right clicking USB Hubs in the client. If that doesn't find it automatically then you can just right click USB Hubs->Specify Hubs->Add and put in the IP address of the VirtualHere server.


If you are over the internet then you need to connect over TCP port 7575. If that's not open or you don't have a static IP then this is where EasyFind is useful. If you know how to open NAT ports etc then you could just connect directly by specifying the ip address in the client without needing EasyFind.
