My Mouse is Gone!

I have just begun my journey in search of a solution for this problem. Apparently, I am not alone. The specifics of my issue are that, after configuring the VirtualHere client to automatically use all of the devices it found, my cordless mouse stopped working I plugged in a corded mouse, and the same thing happened. Now I can't get either mouse to work. I'm not even getting a mouse pointer.

Is the virtualhere client running in some sort of gamestream VM?

The client is running on a cloud computer; a Shadow PC, to be specific.

Yeah there is some setting you need to change, but im not sure which.  Its not related to virtualhere its something with their setup. You could try mouse trails setting in windows and see if it appears then

Without a mouse, I'm in dire straits. I have a movement disorder, so the keyboard is out of the question. Not even the nipple is of much use! So, I elected to reset the computer. That restored the mouse function. Regardless, I appreciate your feedback.
