Connecting from different networks

Hi!

I am considering to buy a licence for use between my Mac on Parsec and Windows for CAD. Though I have not been able to connect between the Mac and PC over different networks. Is there some solution to this issue or is it just not a possibility?
From my understanding this should be possible through cloud?

 

Edit: I got this working I think. Though I just get an error when connecting a SpaceMouse. Any ideas? (There was an error using this device).

On you home Mac, bring up the VirtualHere server and click Settings...->View server log and paste it in here...

Thanks for the answer! I think I have solved it by uninstalling the 3DCONNEXION-driver on the Mac, so the unit does not try to connect to macOS at all! I will update here if the issue returns.
