Bluetooth connected devices on Android

I have a keyboard and mouse connected via bluetooth to my android device, but the Server is not detecting them.  Do these have to be connected to a physical USB dongle connected to the Android? Or is there a way to get the server to recognize them?

Virtualhere only recognizes USB devices, so if you plug in a USB->Bluetooth adapter into your android device AND then use that via virtualhere, You can sync other bluetooth devices with that passed-through dongle and it will work.
