Hello, I'm encountering a recurring issue where my client unexpectedly loses its connection to the server. Despite holding a paid license, this problem arises sporadically, sometimes after days or weeks without any issue. When it occurs, the client either drops the connection or fails to detect the server upon startup. I've tried multiple restarts of both the router and the client/server systems, which sometimes resolves the issue. However, I couldn't find any error messages in the server or client logs. This situation is becoming quite bothersome and time-consuming. Is there any way to determine the cause of these random disconnections and prevent them from happening?

The virtualhere server/client connection is very solid so if it drops it means your network has disconnected momentarily.
When it happens it will log a message on both the server and on the client System Messages. Have a look there next time it happens and post what is says here.
It definitely will log a message

That's odd because I would still be able to access the server with remote desktop while the virtualHere server would be still not showing on the client. Ignoring the fact that sometimes the connection drops, there are more instances that the client wouldn't see the server even though I can access the machines remotely. Are there any logs written to disk? So that I can filter through?

What Operating system is the virtualhere server running on?
If its windows, you can just open the VirtualHere Windows Server dialog and click Settings...->View Server Logs and it has everything there.

I'm running windows. I'll keep an eye out in the View Server Logs.
